HKJC Horse Race Betting Limited will simulcast nine races of Victoria Derby Day from Flemington Racecourse in Australia on Saturday, 2 November. Bets will be accepted* for these races.
Two Double Trio pools will be available and a total jackpot of $340,763 is carried forward to the first Double Trio pool.
World Pool will be offered (Win, Place, Quinella, Quinella Place and Tierce) to ensure maximum liquidity for racegoers. Under World Pool branding as one of the betting partners of Victoria Derby Day, the HKJC has naming rights for one race of the meeting, namely HKJC World Pool Wakeful Stakes (S1-5).

– 6% Rebates will be offered for the pools of Win, Place, Quinella, and Quinella Place on losing bets placed on simulcast overseas races (excludes outbound commingling pools). Any ticket or betline with a total losing bet amount of HK$10,000 or above will be eligible to receive a rebate of 6% – Four Place dividends will be offered for overseas races (excludes outbound commingling pools) with 21 or more declared starters at the commencement of selling – All Up as well as Cross Pool All Up betting are available for S1-1 to S1-9, but cannot be mixed with S2 and local races – If there is no winner of the Double Trio, the jackpot generated will be carried forward to the Melbourne Cup Day on 5 Nov 2024 The final betting pool arrangement is subject to the final announcement of the Club |

“S1” must be indicated for overseas race bets
Customers betting with cash or through Digital Channels** on overseas races should mark the “S1 box” and race number on the ticket or as required by the Digital Channels** interfaces. Those placing bets via Telebet should clearly indicate the overseas race and race number to the operators. Those using the 1886 Telebet Automated Services should input “overseas race” and the race number, respectively.
If “S1” is not indicated as required, any bets placed will be accepted as bets for the corresponding local race.

Ticket sales arrangement for the overseas races
Tickets for Victoria Derby Day will be available for sale from 12:00 noon on Friday, 1 November. (Subject to further announcement by the Club)
