The Club has received advice from Trainer Benno Yung that the treatment he is receiving for a medical condition is progressing well.  However it is not possible at this point in time for him to say when he anticipates being able to resume attendance at his stables and race meetings.
In the meantime the Club continues to closely monitor the arrangements that Mr Yung has established for the operation of his stables.  Those arrangements include:
  - multiple       telephone communications with his Assistant Trainer, Mr Roy Cheung, each       day;

  - Mr Yung       working together with his Assistant Trainer to set the work plans and race       plans for each horse in the yard;

  - Mr Yung       providing his Assistant Trainer with written instructions on the feeding       plan for each horse in the yard;

  - Mr       Yung’s Assistant Trainer sending him on a daily basis videos of horses       trot-ups;

  - Mr Yung       providing his Assistant Trainer with written riding instructions for every       runner;

  - Mr Yung       watching replays of all barrier trials and discussing performances with       his Assistant Trainer;

  - Mr Yung maintaining regular communication with the clinical veterinarian allocated to his stables; and

  - Mr Yung maintaining regular communication with his Owners via telephone calls and Whatsapp messages with them, supplemented by telephone calls and Whatsapp messages with them by his Assistant Trainer.
