Simulcast and betting arrangements for Shuka Sho

HKJC Horse Race Betting Limited will simulcast Shuka Sho from Kyoto Racecourse in Japan as part of the Sha Tin day meeting on Sunday, 13 October. Bets will be accepted*.

Race times and betting pools
The simulcast race of Shuka Sho is scheduled as S1-1, and is due to start at 2:40 pm on 13 October. Ten local races will be held at Sha Tin Racecourse on the same afternoon. The local races have been scheduled as Races 1 to 10. Details of the post time and betting pools are as follows:

–       Rebates will be offered for the pools of Win, Place, Quinella and Quinella Place on losing bets placed on simulcast overseas races (excludes outbound commingling pools). Any ticket or betline with a total losing bet amount of HK$10,000 or above will be eligible to receive a rebate of 6%
–       Four Place dividends will be offered for overseas races with 21 or more declared starters at the commencement of selling
–       All Up as well as Cross Pool All Up bets cannot be mixed with local races
–       The final betting pool arrangement is subject to the Club’s final announcement

Broadcast arrangements 
Simulcast races will be broadcast on TV and radio. Customers can also review the overseas races at www.racing.hkjc.com one hour after each race has finished.

“S1” must be indicated for overseas race bets
Customers betting with cash or through Digital Channels** on overseas races should mark the “S1 box” and race number on the ticket or as required by the Digital Channels** interfaces. Those placing bets via Telebet should clearly indicate the overseas race and race number to the operators. Those using the 1886 Telebet Automated Services should input “overseas race” and the race number, respectively.

If “S1” is not indicated as required, any bets placed will be accepted as bets for the corresponding local race.

Odds and starter information for overseas races 
The odds and starter information for overseas races will be available at all OCBBs# and via Digital Channels**.

Ticket sales arrangement for the overseas races 
Tickets for Shuka Sho will be available for sale from 12:00 noon on Saturday, 12 October. (Subject to further announcement by the Club)
