Three wins from three runs at Del Mar though a minor upset winner of the G2 San Diego Handicap here last time. Might press forward on this first start over 2000m.

Lots of early speed but has faded in the straight in his last couple of races and will need to prove that he can keep pushing his rivals over this 2000m.

A Santa Anita allowance winner and a closing second to Dr Venkman in the G2 San Diego Handicap last time. Good chance that he can stretch out to 2000m. Likely to race prominently.

Full Serrano

A four-time winner in Argentina and allowance winner at Del Mar last start. Now needs to prove himself at G1 level but he comes here on an upward curve. Will probably be played late.

Adare Manor

The only mare in the race but could be favourite. Has a high overall win percentage and is an eight times stakes winner. Tends to come from off the pace recently but could push forward if little speed here. Good winning prospects.

None Above The Law

Won an 1800m G2 for a different stable here back in 2021 but will surely be an outsider in this.

Mixto

The winner of only one of his 13 starts but has some good form at Santa Anita – including a solid fifth in the G1 Santa Anita Handicap. Chances if he can transfer that type of form to Del Mar and with no stamina worries.
