Pickings have been lean in terms of wins but he showed improved form on Deauville all-weather last time (third), and has been supplemented for this.

Has alternated between the South-West and the Parisian circuits this season where he has shown fair form. A course and distance winner in December.

Cream Ice

Is invariably value for at least one win per season and she duly delivered at Nantes in July. She also ran well (second) at Vichy last time.

Twin Boy

Has plenty of mileage on the clock and, despite provincial win in May and two subsequent respectable efforts, his form has been mainly modest.

Polivate

The mare was just touched off at La Teste de Buch, is holding her form well and invariably seems to be in the mix at Deauville nowadays.

Toscane Temple

Has delivered twice at minor provincial tracks this season but more is called for here.

Makilroy

Is batting well below last season’s averages and last time out ninth here was indicative of his current form.

Zantario

Not much encouragement to be had on current form and needs to recapture his sparkle of last season.

Zaahir

Early season form showed glimpses of promise but this hasn’t been reflected in his last six starts.

Prince George

Has hinted at a return to form in the May/June period with a couple of fair efforts in handicaps with big fields, but needs to erase last time out blip.

Darihanna

Modest performer and little encouragement to be had from her form figures, having finished out of the numbers in her six starts.

Limoncella

Variously campaigned in France and Eastern Europe. Successful at Bratislava (Slovakia) over 1200 metres in June and has been supplemented for this. The Market may prove instructive.

Mehanydream

The seven-year-old stands plenty of racing (133 starts) and has twice been successful on the minor provincial circuit this term. Third last time in a Deauville claimer but others are preferred on this occasion.
