The Stewards have been provided with written advice from New Zealand Thoroughbred Racing that PHANTOM CYCLONE, which raced as Quirky Habits prior to being imported into Hong Kong, wore visors in its most recent race start conducted in that jurisdiction.

Mr T P Yung, trainer of PHANTOM CYCLONE, has requested he be permitted to race the horse in visors without it being subjected to a visors test. Mr Yung’s request has been approved.
