HKJC Horse Race Betting Limited will simulcast Durban July and Garden Province Stakes from Greyville Racecourse in South Africa, and will also simulcast Eclipse Stakes from Sandown Racecourse in Great Britain in between the two aforesaid races on Saturday, 6 July. Bets will be accepted* for these races.
World Pool will be offered for these three races to ensure maximum liquidity for racegoers. The World Pool covering for Durban July and Garden Province Stakes are Win, Place, Quinella, Quinella Place and Forecast. The World Pool covering for Eclipse Stakes are Win, Place, Quinella, Quinella Place, Forecast and Tierce.
Race times and betting pools
The simulcast races of Durban July and Garden Province Stakes are scheduled as S1-1 and S1-2, and are due to start at 10:00 pm and 11:00 pm respectively on 6 July. The simulcast race of Eclipse Stakes is scheduled as S2-1, and is due to start at 10:35 pm on the same evening. Details of the post time and betting pools are:

“S1” or “S2” must be indicated for overseas race bets
Customers betting with cash or through Digital Channels** on overseas races should mark the “S1 box” or “S2 box” and race number on the ticket or as required by the Digital Channels** interfaces. Those placing bets via Telebet should clearly indicate the overseas race and race number to the operators. Those using the 1886 Telebet Automated Services should input “overseas race” and the race number, respectively.
If “S1” or “S2” is not indicated as required, any bets placed will be accepted as bets for the corresponding local race.

The odds and starter information for overseas races will be available at all OCBBs# and via Digital Channels**.
Ticket sales arrangement for the overseas races
Tickets for Garden Province Stakes (S1-2) and Eclipse Stakes (S2-1) will be available for sale from 12:00 noon on Friday, 5 July. Tickets for Durban July (S1-1) and Double will be available for sale from 5:30 pm on the same afternoon. (Subject to further announcement by the Club)
