Venturing outside the handicap company that has seen all his six career victories. Should be sharper for his respectable return in a handicap here last month.

Takes a class drop here, having been unable to make a significant impression in a 1600m G1 Classic here in May. He won on this track as a 2yo.

Romina Power

The only one in this without a previous 2024 start, also a first run since leaving her German stable. Was a front-running Listed winner at Baden-Baden in May 2023.

A big filly with her best run this season probably coming over this course and distance when she wasn’t beaten far in a G2 despite racing too keenly.

Master Of The Hunt

Progressing with experience, posting a career best when easily beating 13 rivals in a 1600m maiden at Gowran Park this month. Deserves a crack at this stronger company.

Mundi

Won over this trip on his career debut at Dundalk in April. Didn’t progress when well down the field in a 2000m G3 here subsequently. Down in trip and grade.

Norwalk Havoc

Won his first two starts this season, both on a slow surface. Not helped by hanging left when runner-up in similar company to this here in May.

Azada

Looked potentially classy when easily winning on her only start last season. To her great credit she only weakened late on in a 1600m G1 Classic here on her 2024 return.
