RACE 5 – FAST VICTORY

FAST VICTORY, which performed disappointingly, was examined by the Veterinary Officer who said at that time there were no significant findings. FAST VICTORY was again examined by the Veterinary Officer at the stables of Trainer D A Hayes this morning. He said at this time he noted the horse to be lame in its left front leg. Before being allowed to race again, FAST VICTORY will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.

RACE 6 – MAGIC PHOENIX

MAGIC PHOENIX, which performed disappointingly, was examined by the Veterinary Officer who said at that time there were no significant findings. MAGIC PHOENIX was again examined by the Veterinary Officer at the stables of Trainer K H Ting this morning. He said at this time he noted the horse to be lame in its right front leg. Before being allowed to race again, MAGIC PHOENIX will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.

RACE 8 – SPLENDID LIVING

SPLENDID LIVING, which performed disappointingly, was examined by the Veterinary Officer who said at that time there were no significant findings. SPLENDID LIVING was again examined by the Veterinary Officer at the stables of Trainer P F Yiu this morning. He said at this time he noted the horse to be lame in its right hind leg. Before being allowed to race again, SPLENDID LIVING will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.

The Veterinary Officer reported that examinations conducted this morning of all other horses inspected during last night’s race meeting were shown to have no significant findings.
