RACE 5 – YOUNG HORIZON

YOUNG HORIZON, which performed disappointingly, was examined by the Veterinary Officer who said at that time there were no significant findings. YOUNG HORIZON was again examined by the Veterinary Officer at the stables of Trainer D A Hayes this morning. He said at this time he noted the horse to be lame in its left front leg. Before being allowed to race again, YOUNG HORIZON will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.

RACE 10 – C P ONE

The Veterinary Surgeon reported that C P ONE had sustained a left front fetlock injury on the day after racing. Before being allowed to race again, C P ONE will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.

The Veterinary Officer reported that examinations conducted this morning of all other horses inspected during yesterday’s race meeting were shown to have no significant findings.
