Birdwatcher

Well-bred out of the Japanese Triple Crown winning mare Apapane. Won the debut race (1800m) over this course in November.  Finished out of frame in two starts this term. 

Cor Leonis

The half-brother to the Oka Sho (Japanese 1000 Guineas) winner and the 2014 JRA Champion 3YO Filly, Harp Star placed once in two starts over this distance.  Made all the way to finish by 1.8L in the maiden race in March last time.  Versatile.
 

Dea Perdita

Took her long-awaited first win in the maiden over this distance at Fukushima last time.  Races better than midfield or close to the speed.

El Sabio

Won a newcomer race (1800m) after a fierce battle in October 2023. Finished fourth in 1-win class (2000m) in January last time. 

Elan

The son of Lovely Day took his first win in the maiden race (2200m) by 1.3L in March and moved to up this class, finishing 1.3L second over 2300m at Tokyo in April last time.

Gran Cantante

Won the newcomer race (1800m) at Nakayama in December.  Has shown good ability in three starts over this distance.  A well second in 1-win class last time.  Best on firm track.

Las Cumbres

Two thirds over this distance at Nakayama.  Showed good acceleration in the stretch to win by 1.5L in the maiden race (2200m) over the rain affected track last time. 

Ramsay Tesoro

All his five starts on dirt. Won by 7L in the maiden over the rain affected track at Nakayama in January but had two-digit finishes in recent two starts.

Satono Oracion

Won the maiden race (1800m) in September 2023 and ran a neck third in this class over Tokyo 2000m in February.  Well beaten eighth (2000m) in March last time.

Showman Fleet

Following the newcomer win in September 2023, ran good fifth in the G3 Shinzan Kinen (1600m) in January.  Finished 1L second in this class (2000m) last time.  No worries for the left-handed course.

Touch And Move

A half-brother to multiple group race placegetters, the son of Harbinger scored by a neck in the maiden race (1800m) in March last time.
