Has occasionally disappointed but showed her class with a decisive 1600m G3 win at The Curragh last October, then strong at the finish in a G1 at Santa Anita. A good chance on ratings.

Folgaria

Has a winning attitude and is unbeaten. Won all five starts in Italy last year and then took another step forward when surging past rivals to win a Newbury G3 last month.

Kathmandu

UK-trained, she stepped up sharply on her form of last year when an encouraging third in a 1400m G3 at Newmarket last month. ParisLongchamp’s 1600m should be fine for her.

Louise Procter

Arrives here unbeaten, the latest victory coming when she very easily dominated seven rivals over 1400m on Chantilly’s all-weather surface. An interesting contender from a stable with a fine record in this French Classic.

Minoushka

Has won just once, but her latest start was a personal best when looking like winning a G3 trial for this, only to be grabbed by one rival in the last strides.

Opera Mundi

A winner in November 2023 of a Listed all-weather event over 1400m at Deauville. Though not beaten far her sixth at ParisLongchamp last month didn’t encourage optimism for this task.

Rock’n Swing

Rises sharply in class but comes from top connections and is unbeaten in both starts. Latterly she accelerated impressively over this course and distance last month.

Romantic Style

The winner of three of her last four starts doing best on her 2024 return when too good – despite racing over keenly – for six rivals in a 1400m G3 at Deauville. Anticipated faster ground here should help her get this 1600m.

Rose Bloom

Wins at Deauville and Chantilly were followed by a second – albeit 5L behind the winner – in a ParisLongchamp G1 over this course and distance last October. May have found the ground too soft when disappointing on her 2024 return.

Rouhiya

A 1300m all-weather Deauville winner last November. Didn’t run badly but failed to make a big impact on her 2024 return when third here last month.

See You Around

Twice a winner last season, also a Listed winner at Toulouse on her latest start when she proved herself over this trip. But she’ll meet much classier rivals this time.

Sparkling Plenty

Won her first three starts but this looks challenging as she was well beaten when favourite at Saint Cloud and then failed to quicken sufficiently in a G3 here.

Tulipa Chope

Decisive winner of a 1600m Deauville G3 last October, and on her 2024 return was a close third in a G3 trial for this here last month. Expected quicker ground may well help.

Vespertilio

Some very good 2023 performances and came from last to win a 1400m G2 at The Curragh. Then clear of the third when a fine second in a G1, also at The Curragh. Should be good for 1600m.
