RACE 8 – SPARKLING KNIGHT

SPARKLING KNIGHT, which performed poorly, was examined by the Veterinary Officer who said at that time there were no significant findings. SPARKLING KNIGHT was again examined by the Veterinary Surgeon at the stables of Trainer C H Yip this morning. He said at this time he noted the horse to have sustained a right front tendon injury. Before being allowed to race again, SPARKLING KNIGHT will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.

The Veterinary Officer reported that examinations conducted this morning of all other horses inspected during yesterday’s racemeeting were shown to have no significant findings.
