The Chinese New Year Raceday will be held at Sha Tin Racecourse on the third day of the Lunar New Year (12 February), when total prize of $20 million will be on offer to mark the Year of the Dragon.
$18 million dividend for Triple Trio
As the Triple Trio will be topped up to $11 million from the Jackpot Reserve for the Chinese New Year Raceday, the estimated dividend for a single $10 winning unit could reach $18 million.
$2 million jackpot for Quartet & First 4 Merged Pool
The Quartet & First 4 Merged Pool will also be topped up for Race 7 and Race 11, with $1 million jackpot allocated to each race.
Selling hours
The selling* time of all betting pools for the Chinese New Year Raceday, including the Triple Trio and the Quartet & First 4 Merged Pool, will commence at noon on Sunday, 11 February. Bets can be placed via Off-Course Betting Branches#, Telebet and through Digital Channels**.
