The Department of Veterinary Regulation, Welfare & Biosecurity Policy have determined, upon examination this afternoon, that WEST WIND BLOWS has an injury to the left fore leg and accordingly has been withdrawn from THE LONGINES HONG KONG VASE on veterinary advice.
