Oguchi said: “I focused to keep him balanced, to make him more relaxed when he cantered. All has gone well both physically and mentally. He will gallop on the turf course tomorrow.”
Hishi Iguazu – JPN
Hacked for 1000m, trotted for 400m and cantered for 1400m on the all-weather course before he went to walk in the paddock area under his regular work rider Tomohiro Takahashi.
Takahashi said: “He was more relaxed than yesterday when he worked on the course. He is getting used to the new surroundings. He has more room to improve physically, but he tried to grab the bit during the canter. I think he keeps good form. He was settled in at the paddock.”

Trainer John Quinn said: “All grand, she just quickened up over the last couple of furlongs. She ’ll exercise every day but that ’s about it. She ’s a very good traveller, she ’s very intelligent and likes different things. She ’s travelled over here great.”
