Following the cancellation of the Sha Tin race meeting scheduled for 8th October 2023 due to Typhoon Koinu, a replacement day fixture has been arranged for Tuesday 26th December 2023 at Sha Tin. As a result, the night meeting scheduled at Happy Valley on Wednesday 27th December has been transferred to Friday 29th December.

Amendments to the December Race Programme have been made. There will now be only one section of Class 5 1200M on 20th December. The races originally programmed on 27th December have been transferred to 29th December with the exception of the Class 3 1200M where only one section is programmed.
