RACE 8 – FAMILY FOLKS

FAMILY FOLKS, which performed disappointingly, was examined by the Veterinary Officer who said at that time there were no significant findings. FAMILY FOLKS was again examined by the Veterinary Officer at the stables of Trainer C W Chang this morning. He said at this time he noted the horse to have sustained a right front suspensory ligament injury. Before being allowed to race again, FAMILY FOLKS will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.

The Veterinary Officer reported that examinations conducted this morning of all other horses inspected during last night’s racemeeting were shown to have no significant findings.
