The appeal lodged by Jockey C Y Ho against the severity of the penalty imposed by the Racing Stewards on 4 October 2023 to suspend him from riding in races from 18 October 2023 until 20 November 2023 on which day he may resume race riding (10 Hong Kong racedays), for a breach of Rule 100 (2) when riding CAPITAL DELIGHT in Race 5 at the Happy Valley race meeting on 4 October 2023, will be heard by the Stewards at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday 19 October 2023 at the Inquiry Room, Happy Valley Racecourse.
