Jockey C Y Ho has lodged a notice of appeal against the severity of the penalty imposed by the Racing Stewards on 4 October 2023 finding him guilty of a breach of Rule 100 (2) when riding CAPITAL DELIGHT in Race 5 at the Happy Valley race meeting on 4 October 2023. Jockey Ho was suspended from riding in races from 18 October 2023 until 20 November 2023 on which day he may resume race riding (10 Hong Kong racedays).
