1300m – Polytrack
Bolchoi |
From a top yard and unraced this season. However, he clearly has an affinity for this track (two wins and two seconds), and one to note if supported in the betting. |
Deep Hope |
Loves it here as underscored by three course wins. However, he does seem to have lost his way judged on recent form and looks up against it. |
Dream Platine |
This modest maiden has finished out of the numbers in all three career starts, and this looks to be a bridge too far. |
Fang |
This G3 winner didn’t have to force his talent when making a winning return over 1200m in July. Tops the ratings, and this coupled to a strike rate in excess of 40 per cent, make him the one to beat. |
Josephino |
Boasts winning form in the Czech Republic and Chantilly (at a lower level). Unplaced here on Tuesday and clearly this is tough for him. |
Loubeisien |
Admirably consistent at G3/Listed level last season. Has gone backwards since making winning return over this trip in March, although it would be unwise to rule him out. |
Nesr Shalghoda |
Has been enjoying a mainly productive campaign, which has yielded two wins and a creditable second at Chantilly. However, he folded all too tamely last time, and so point to prove. |
Siam Paragon |
Generally competitive at Listed level and on an upward curve until blotting his copybook last time in G3 at Deauville, but clearly capable of redeeming himself. |
Sweetheart |
Has twice made the frame in Listed grade this season over longer trips. Could well be in the mix again but appeals as more of a place prospect. |
