Simulcast and betting arrangements for Gold Cup Day World Pool on offer

HKJC Horse Race Betting Limited will simulcast seven races of Gold Cup Day from Ascot Racecourse in Great Britain on Thursday, 22 June. Bets will be accepted* for these races.

World Pool will also be hosted (Win, Place, Quinella, Quinella Place, Forecast, Tierce and Treble) to ensure maximum liquidity for racing fans.

Race times and betting pools
The simulcast races of Gold Cup Day are scheduled as S1-1 to S1-7, and is due to start at 9:30 pm on 22 June. Details of the post time and betting pools are:

–   Rebates will be offered for the pools of Win, Place, Quinella, Quinella Place and Merged Pool Win on losing bets placed on simulcast overseas races (excludes outbound commingling pools). Any ticket or betline with a total losing bet amount of HK$10,000 or above will be eligible to receive a rebate of 6%
–   Four Place dividends will be offered for overseas races with 21 or more declared starters at the commencement of selling
–   All Up as well as Cross Pool All Up bets are available for S1-1 to S1-7, but cannot be mixed with other simulcast races and local races
–   If there is no winner of the Double Trio, the jackpot generated will be carried forward to Commonwealth Cup Day on 23 June
–   The final betting pool arrangement is subject to the Club’s final announcement

Broadcast arrangements 
Simulcast races will be broadcast on TV and radio. Customers can also review the overseas races at www.racing.hkjc.com one hour after each race has finished.

 “S1” must be indicated for overseas race bets
Customers betting with cash or through Digital Channels** on overseas races should mark the “S1 box” and race number on the ticket or as required by the Digital Channels** interfaces. Those placing bets via Telebet should clearly indicate the overseas race and race number to the operators. Those using the 1886 Telebet Automated Services should input “overseas race” and the race number, respectively.

If “Overseas race” or “S1” is not indicated as required, any bets placed will be accepted as bets for the corresponding local race.

Odds and starter information for overseas races 
The odds and starter information for overseas races will be available at all OCBBs#, via Digital Channels**, and through the Odds and Information Hotline 1835888.

Ticket sales arrangement for the overseas races 
Gold Cup Day will be available for sale from noon on Wednesday, 21 June. (Subject to further announcement by the Club)
