The Stewards have been provided with written advice from Racing Victoria that MASTER TORNADO, which raced as Chateau Nue prior to being imported into Hong Kong, wore blinkers when it raced in that jurisdiction.

Mr W Y So, trainer of MASTER TORNADO, has requested he be permitted to race the horse in blinkers without it being subjected to a blinkers test. Mr So’s request has been approved.
