BEAUTY JOY (E058) was this morning subject to a pre-declaration veterinary inspection for The Queen’s Silver Jubilee Cup (Group 1) to be conducted at the Sha Tin racemeeting this Sunday, 19 March 2023.

The veterinary inspection found that BEAUTY JOY was displaying a heart irregularity and therefore will be required to pass a barrier trial and an official veterinary examination before racing again, which is not permitted to be completed inside 2 weeks after diagnosis.

As such, BEAUTY JOY has been withdrawn from The Queen’s Silver Jubilee Cup.
