The Stewards have been provided with written advice from Racing Victoria that ROMANTIC CHARM, which raced as Blue Army prior to being imported into Hong Kong, wore blinkers when it raced in that jurisdiction.

Mr C S Shum, trainer of ROMANTIC CHARM, has requested he be permitted to race the horse in blinkers without it being subjected to a blinkers test. Mr Shum’s request has been approved.
