The Licensing Committee, at their meeting held earlier today, resolved to:-

1. grant an extension of licence to Club Jockeys Hugh Bowman and Silvestre de Sousa up to the conclusion of the current 2022/2023 racing season;


2. approve the extension of trainer’s licence to Mr Manfred K L Man for season 2023/2024; and


3. promote Henry Y H Wong from Work Rider to the position of Assistant Trainer, allocated to Trainer Michael Chang’s Sha Tin stable, for the period from 4 February 2023 to the conclusion of the current 2022/2023 racing season.
