The Hong Kong Jockey Club will simulcast for betting the Japan Cup live from Tokyo Racecourse during the race meeting at Sha Tin on Sunday, 27 November at 2.40pm (HKT).

The Japan Cup (G1 2400m for 3yo+) was first run in 1981 and has built a reputation over the years as one of the world’s finest mile and a half contests. A purse of JPY864 million (approx. HK$48 million) makes it the joint richest race in Japan alongside the Arima Kinen.

Final declarations with barrier draws for the Japan Cup will be available on Friday, 25 November.
