It was previously announced that the Licensing Committee resolved to grant a Club Jockey’s licence to Jye McNeil for the period from 7 November 2022 to 22 December 2022, both dates inclusive. 

The Stewards have been notified by Racing Victoria that Jockey McNeil incurred a careless riding suspension at the Sale Race Meeting on Sunday, 23 October 2022.    Accordingly, Jockey McNeil will not be available to ride at the Happy Valley race meeting on Wednesday, 9 November 2022. 

Jockey McNeil is scheduled to arrive in Hong Kong on 6 November and will now be available to accept riding engagements at the race meeting to be conducted on Saturday, 12 November 2022.
