Due to a human error during the process of merging Forecast & Trio pools, there has been a delay regarding the payout of Forecast, Tierce and Trio of simulcast races S1-6. It has also affected the payout of S1-7.

The Club has taken immediate action and successfully resolved the issue. The payout of S1-6 and S1-7 for all pools was completed at 4:11 pm and 4:18 pm respectively according to the odds at jump time.

In addition, all losing bets on Forecast, Tierce and Trio of S1-6 will be refunded and automatically credited to the betting accounts of concerned customers. For cash bet tickets, concerned customers will receive the refund by presenting the losing tickets at any Off-Course Betting Branches (OCBBs) starting from 5 October.

The Club is now verifying the final odds of the concerned bet types of S1-6. Dividend adjustments will be made to the betting accounts of concerned customers should the verified final odds are higher than the odds at jump time. Customers who purchased cash bet tickets can visit our OCBBs for information or assistance.
