The Stewards have been provided with written advice from Racing Victoria that RUNNING AHEAD, which raced as Tiz Magic prior to being imported into Hong Kong, wore blinkers when it raced in that jurisdiction.

Mr T P Yung, trainer of RUNNING AHEAD, has requested he be permitted to race the horse in blinkers without it being subjected to a blinkers test. Mr Yung’s request has been approved.
