Due to the reduced number of horses in training on both AWT tracks and the increasing ambient temperatures, an early closure of trackwork facilities at 7:50 am will be implemented on barrier trial mornings from Tuesday 31 May 2022 onwards till the end of the 21/22 racing season. This serves to mitigate any heat impact on horses trialing during the late morning sessions with the first heat of barrier trial to start at 8:15am.
