The Stewards have been provided with written advice from Racing Victoria that MAJESTIC KNIGHT, which raced as Frontman prior to being imported into Hong Kong, wore blinkers in some of its race starts conducted in that jurisdiction.

Mr D J Whyte, trainer of MAJESTIC KNIGHT, has requested he be permitted to race the horse in blinkers without it being subjected to a blinkers test. Mr Whyte’s request has been approved.
