Jockey H N Wong sustained an injury to his left wrist after riding in Race 11 at the Sha Tin race meeting conducted last Saturday, 1 January 2022. Jockey Wong has been advised by the Club’s Chief Medical Officer to refrain from riding for a number of weeks in order to recover from his hand injury. A further release will be issued in respect of Jockey Wong’s fitness to be able to resume riding at the appropriate time.
