To ring in the New Year, a mega prize totaling $100 million will be up for grabs on 1 and 4 January 2022.

$18 million Triple Trio on “Lucky Start Jan 1” raceday
The first chance to win will be the “Lucky Start Jan 1” race meeting at Sha Tin Racecourse on Saturday, 1 January 2022, when the Triple Trio jackpot will be topped up to $10.5 million from the Triple Trio Jackpot Reserve. That means the estimated dividend for a single $10 winning unit could reach $18 million.

$2 million jackpot for Quartet & First 4 Merged Pool
The Quartet & First 4 Merged Pool on 1 January will also be topped up, with a $2 million jackpot for Race 7 and Race 11, with $1 million allocated to each race.

$80 million for Mark Six New Year Snowball draw
A Mark Six New Year Snowball draw will be held on Tuesday, 4 January. The draw will carry a snowball of $60 million, and the First Division Prize Fund is estimated to reach $80 million. 

Tickets for the Mark Six New Year Snowball draw will be available after the draw on Thursday night (30 December), while betting pools for the “Lucky Start Jan 1” race meeting, including the Triple Trio, Quartet & First 4 Merged Pool, will go on sale from noon on 31 December.
