Keiba set to transform dining experience
The Hong Kong Jockey Club is pleased to announce the opening of the ‘Keiba’ and ‘Topaz’ restaurants for public customers and Members respectively in Happy Valley’s MIII grandstand on 17 November.
Keiba set to transform dining experience
Themed with a retro Japanese kissaten interior at MIII Building 2/F, Keiba features 1960s – 1980s Japanese vintages and nostalgic racing artifacts amongst a leisure vibe.
Overlooking the Parade Ring at Happy Valley with a spectacular view of the Winning Post, public racegoers can enjoy not only the exquisite Japanese-style-Western food but also a lifestyle racing experience.
Mr. Richard Cheung, Executive Director, Customer and International Business Development said, “We aim to target experience-driven public sector customers. We try to be as authentic as possible in our design.”
Topaz reopens with a new look
Located on MIII Building 7/F and 8/F, Topaz as a Member restaurant embraces a spectacular view of Happy Valley.
“Based on inputs from Members, the restaurant’s catering has been converted from Western buffet to Chinese plated service cuisine. We hope Members can share their racing enthusiasm with family and friends on Happy Wednesday nights,” said Mr. Cheung.
The design concept of the restaurant is inspired by ancient Chinese astronomy, with elements of stars bringing together an elegant racing experience with fortune.
8/F also offers four private rooms which can accommodate 8 to 10 guests with a high level of privacy for Members.
