Clavel

Showing upward curve, she finished in the money in the last 3 outings at graded races. Only concern will be carrying 123lb for the first time.

Akaitorino Musume

Has come on in leaps and bounces since maiden win last October. Claimed her first G1 title in the Shuka Sho (2000m), the final leg of the filly’s Japanese Triple Crown last month.

Izu Jo No Kiseki

Disappointing 7th in the G3 Mermaid Stakes (2000m) in June after brave nose 2nd at 3-win class in April. 2nd at 3-win class last start in October. Unlikely winner but expecting a big effort.

Stellaria

Showed plenty of ability since debut last June and won a listed race in April, but out of frame in the last two G1s.

Rambling Alley

Mixed form. Narrow win in G3 and 2nd to Gran Alegria in the G1 Victoria Mile. Likes the softish track.

Shamrock Hill

Claimed a G3 from inside draw carrying light weight two starts back, but no match for the winner in a G3 on return last out in August.

Terzetto

Proven victor with 6 wins at 1600m and 1800m from 8 runs. Disappointing 14th in the G1 Victoria Mile but showed her ability to win a G3 last out. Will contest over 2200m for the first time.

Win Marilyn

Three-time G3 winner. 4th in this race last year and 5th in the G1 Tenno Sho Spring (3200m) in May. The proven player will be ridden by Takeshi Yokoyama who won the Kikuka Sho and the Tenno Sho Autumn.

Musica

Winless since last May but showed progress in last 2 runs, finishing in the money in the lesser classes. A tough task.

Soft Fruit

A winner at 3-win class in May. Bounced since disappointing 8th at G3 and just behind the winner in an open-class race last month. Interesting and has a chance.

Des Ailes

Took her first graded race triumph in the G2 Hanshin Himba Stakes (1600m) in April but no match for the winner in the last 2 outings in G1 and G2. Step up in distance will be her concern.

Lune Rouge

Ran 2nd and 3rd in G3s last year but no match for the winner in 5 runs this term. This is a big step up in class. A tough task.

Rose Amour

Mixed form this term with 3 runs on board but out of frame in 2 runs. Needs to improve.

Win Kiitos

Has shown her ability when 2nd in a G2 over 2200m last out.  Likely to have a money chance.

Akai Ito

Very consistent this term at lower classes and finished 3L 7th in the G2 Fuchu Himba Stakes (1800m) last out. Hold-up runner with a strong late kick.

Kotobuki Thetis

Showed closing speed to win at 3-win class last month but unlikely to be good enough for this.
