The Stewards have been provided with written advice from New Zealand Thoroughbred Racing that BRILLIANT LIFE (E396), which raced as Power On prior to being imported into Hong Kong, wore blinkers in its most recent race start conducted in that jurisdiction.

Mr C H Yip, trainer of BRILLIANT LIFE, has requested he be permitted to race the horse in blinkers without it being subjected to a blinkers test. Mr Yip’s request has been approved.
