Free Entries for the LONGINES Hong Kong International Races (LONGINES HKIR) will now close on Monday, 18 October for overseas-trained horses, with no supplementary entry stage. The revised timetable will facilitate the processing of travel approvals for overseas participants coming to Hong Kong for the December flagship event.
The entry dates for Hong Kong trained horses will remain unchanged.

The four Group 1 features at Sha Tin Racecourse on Sunday, 12 December will carry a combined record HK$100 million in prize money.
