G1 – 1000m – Turf

A Case Of You

Supplemented after having run a clear career best when second in a G1 dash at The Curragh on his first ever 1000m effort. Soft ground ideal.

Air de Valse

Beaten in her last 12 starts though capable at a high sprint level at Longchamp having led from gate to wire to win a G3 here last year.

Berneuil

Clearly established as a top and consistent French sprinter, quickening away from his rivals in a G3 over this course and distance last month.

Dandalla

A G3 and G2 winner earlier in her career, and back to form with a Listed win last time. Probably better over further, but very slow ground would be a big help.

Glass Slippers

An easy winner of this prestigious G1 sprint in 2019 and only just beaten last year, then winning a G1 in the US. Two good efforts in 2021 with this her main target.

Lady In France

Supporters will want slow ground for her. Ground probably too quick when seventh in a G3 sprint here last month.

Mo Celita

Has done really well for her small stable including five straight wins this year, and a front-running Listed win at Deauville. May struggle to win a G1.

O Trasno

Won a 1200m Listed event at Deauville but well beaten there last time. Slow ground would help but surely not fast enough for this G1 dash.

Ponntos

Has winning form at a much lesser level than this, and also probably needs 1200m.

Pradaro

Carries his head high and doesn’t always look enthusiastic, but he did rally to win a soft ground 1000m G2 at Chantilly in June. Well beaten twice since.

Romantic Proposal

Delivered a clear career best with a superb G1 winning display at The Curragh last month, lots of top sprinters trailing behind. The usual frantic pace in this will suit well.

Suesa

She stays 1200m but with a blistering pace expected that is no disadvantage and slow ground will also suit. Very impressive when winning a G2 at Goodwood.

Urban Beat

Made nearly all the running when landing a valuable handicap at The Curragh. A consistent speedster who has run well in two starts since.

Wild Majesty

Delivered his career best two starts back, winning a Listed event at Deauville, though the form of that race has not been enhanced since.

Winter Power

A top sprinter with explosive speed as she showed when winning a G1 at York in August. But too free near the front last time, fading.
