1500m – Polytrack

Andersson

Has been in better form than many of these in lesser races and should not be dismissed.

Arguin

Won a Saint-Cloud Class 3 Handicap over 1600m last month and has returned to form this year after a difficult season in 2020.

Chef D’Orchestre

Apart from a pair of second placed efforts in claimers has been well below his best this season.

Footstepsanpie

Won over this all-weather course and distance here in January and first run back off a break on very soft turf in July can be discounted. Chances.

Glorious Emaraty

In good form with three placed finishes in his last four starts, but overall record of one win in 32 races tempers any enthusiasm.

Gold Lake

Won over this all-weather course and distance last December in what was probably a better race but has not been a factor in five runs since then.

Good To Talk

Has won two Class 4 handicaps on turf this season and second placed effort on the all-weather in January gives hope.

Hur Cat

Dropped 18lb by the handicapper since the start of the year and now qualifies for this lower rated race, which could spark a revival.

Inseo

Eighth behind Samagace Du Vivien in a blanket finish last time, and has two recent wins to his name.

King Siyouni

Experiment at 1300m in last two starts hasn’t really worked and overall profile of no wins in 13 starts suggests a supporting role at best.

Moana

Close up third over this all-weather course and distance three starts ago and consistent at this level.

Pikes Peak

Only beaten a neck in Longchamp fillies-only handicap over 1900m last month, while she has lots of good form on the Deauville all-weather, including over this distance. Short list material.

Red Kitten

Second over this all-weather track in April and a couple of turf runs since have shown promise.

Red The West

Good comeback fourth after a break and did not get the clearest of runs when only eighth last time.

Samagace Du Vivien

Had to wait a long time for the gaps to appear when winning a Class 4 handicap last time. Second over course and distance in January.

Tepeka

Has been in good form over a wide variety of distances from 1400m to 2250m, at which trip he was not beaten far when eighth in Longchamp handicap last time.
