Yet to win on a turf surface on the Flat but seems genuine in a battle, as he has shown with some solid handicap runs at Goodwood. Best on fast ground.

Lightly raced, he gained his second career win when he closed fast and late to win a 2000m Ayr handicap this month. Only 2 points higher and chance if this longer trip suits.

Showed courage to gain his first win on his third and latest start when leading but losing his position before fighting back. Pedigree hopeful about this move up to 2400m.

Hasn’t managed a win in five starts but it looks just a question of time as he has been running well and was only beaten a neck at Haydock last time.

Turf debut, but was an all-weather winner at Newcastle on his penultimate start. A cheap purchase, but his pedigree suggests he’ll be happy on grass.
