G2 – 2392m – Turf

1

Ad Infinitum

Cost £210,000 as a 2-y-o and won a Listed race at Goodwood over 2000m on second start last month. Promising but needs more for this.

2

Annerville

Cheap yearling. Won maiden over 2000m at Leopardstown easily last month and more expected. This much tougher but not ruled out.

3

Aristia

Two decent runs over 2000m at Newbury this year, latter behind Eshaada and Gloria Mundi in Listed event. Needs to improve.

4

Divinely

Well bred filly took step forward when third in the Epsom Oaks behind Snowfall, the extremely easy winner. Supplemented for this and a live contender.

5

Dubai Fountain

Improved when winning Listed Cheshire Oaks last month but disappointed in Epsom Oaks. Needs to put that run behind her. A big task.

6

Eshaada

Won both starts, latest in Listed race at Newbury over 2000m, beating Gloria Mundi, Aristia and Twisted Reality. Not certain to welcome the longer trip nor likely faster ground but respected.

7

Gloria Mundi

Solid start, both races to date over 2000m at Newbury, including narrow defeat by Eshaada. Can be expected to improve and a fair chance.

8

Gwenhwyvar

A long way out of her depth.

9

Loving Dream

The only one to get near to Noon Star on her seasonal debut at Wetherby in April. A little disappointing when only fifth in Oaks Trial at Lingfield last month but has potential and not ruled out.

10

Nicest

Has been well beaten by both Divinely and Dubai Fountain. Not good enough on evidence so far.

11

Noon Star

Well bred. Impressed when winning novice race at Wetherby before finishing second to future easy Oaks winner Snowfall in G3 Musidora Stakes at York last month. Oaks runner-up Mystery Angel fourth that day. A worthy favourite.

12

Taslima

Respectable third behind Mystery Angel and Sea Karats in Listed race at Newmarket last month on second start. Likely to improve but others preferred.

13

Twisted Reality

Needs to reverse form with Eshaada, Gloria Mundi and Aristia, all ahead of her in Listed race at Newbury last month. Not impossible but unlikely.
