LICENSING COMMITTEE DECISIONS
The following is a summary of decisions that were made by the Licensing Committee at their meeting held earlier today:-
1. The Committee resolved to grant:-
1.1 a full-season Club Jockey’s licence to each of the following jockeys for the 2021/2022 racing season:-
• Alexis Badel
• Antoine Hamelin
• Joao Moreira
• Zac Purton
• Chad Schofield
• Blake Shinn
• Karis Teetan
1.2 a part-season Club Jockey’s licence to each of the following jockeys for the 2021/2022 racing season to commence on 15 July 2021 and to expire on 13 February 2022, both dates inclusive:-
• Harry Bentley
• Vagner Borges
• Luke Ferraris
• Ruan Maia
• Tony Piccone

2. The Committee also resolved to:-
2.1 grant a Freelance Jockey’s licence for the 2021/2022 racing season to each of the following applicants:-
• Matthew CHADWICK
• Alfred CHAN Ka Hei
• Vincent HO Chak Yiu
• Alex LAI Hoi Wing
• Derek LEUNG Ka Chun
• Dylan MO Hin Tung
• Matthew POON Ming Fai
• Jack WONG Ho Nam
• Victor WONG Chun
• Keith YEUNG Ming Lun
2.2 direct Management to inform Jack H N Wong that his race riding performance during the current racing season is of concern and that should his race riding performance not improve significantly during the 2021/2022 racing season, he may not be granted a further Freelance Jockey’s licence.
2.3 direct Management to inform Victor C Wong that his race riding performance during the current racing season is of concern and that should his race riding performance not improve significantly during the 2021/2022 racing season, he may not be granted a further Freelance Jockey’s licence.
2.4 grant an Apprentice Jockey’s licence for the 2021/2022 racing season to the following applicant:-
• Jerry CHAU Chun Lok (allocated to Trainer Douglas Whyte)
2.5 grant a Trainer’s licence for the 2021/2022 racing season to each of the following trainers:-
