The Licensing Committee resolved to grant Apprentice Jockey Alfred CHAN Ka Hei an extension to his Jockey Apprentice Indenture until the conclusion of the 2020/2021 racing season, allocated to Trainer C Fownes.

This decision is made in accordance with the provisions of Rule of Racing 57(4) given the current term of his Apprentice indenture expires on 20 April 2021.
