The Stewards have been advised that HIGHLAND FORTUNE (C292), trained by Mr K W Lui, worked on the Small All Weather Track this morning at about 5:20 am carrying the incorrect saddle cloth.  It has been ascertained that HIGHLAND FORTUNE incorrectly carried the saddle cloth assigned to SKYEY SUPREME (C293), also trained by Mr Lui.  It has further been ascertained that SKYEY SUPREME worked this morning subsequent to HIGHLAND FORTUNE on the Small All Weather track carrying the correct saddle cloth.

Mr Lui was fined the sum of $5000.
