The Hong Kong Jockey Club will simulcast seven races from Kikuka Sho (Japanese St. Leger) Day at Kyoto Racecourse in Japan on Sunday, 25 October (first race 11.55am, Hong Kong time).
The G1 Kikuka Sho (3000m) is the final leg of Japan’s Triple Crown for three-year-olds and this Sunday, racing fans worldwide will watch as undefeated superstar Contrail bids to become the first Triple Crown winner since Orfevre in 2011, a feat achieved also by his sire, Deep Impact in 2005.
