RACE 9 – BEAUTY DAY
BEAUTY DAY, which performed poorly, was examined by the Veterinary Officer who said at that time the horse had sustained a minor laceration to the left front fetlock. BEAUTY DAY was again examined by the Veterinary Officer at the stables of Trainer T P Yung this morning. He said at this time he noted the horse to have a very restricted action. Before being allowed to race again, BEAUTY DAY will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
The Veterinary Officer reported that examinations conducted this morning of all other horses inspected during yesterday’s racemeeting were shown to have no significant findings.
