The Stewards have been provided with written advice from New Zealand Thoroughbred Racing that TOP MILITARY (B424), which raced under the name of Swiss Military prior to being imported into Hong Kong, wore blinkers in its race starts conducted in that jurisdiction.

The Stewards have approved an application submitted by Mr T P Yung, trainer of TOP MILITARY, for that horse to race in blinkers without it being subjected to a blinkers test.
