The Stewards were yesterday incorrectly advised that JENERATOR (C302) had passed an outstanding official veterinary examination.

The Stewards have this morning been advised that the official veterinary examination was contingent on the results of an ultrasound examination which was carried out yesterday.  It has been established that as a result of this examination JENERATOR has failed the required official veterinary examination and therefore the requirement to satisfactorily pass an official veterinary examination remains in effect.
