04/04/2020 11:10

The Hong Kong Jockey Club will simulcast for betting seven races from Royal Randwick Racecourse in Australia on Saturday, 11 April (1st race 11:20am).

The Sydney Autumn Racing Carnival culminates with Day 2 of the Championships – the Grand Finals of Australian racing. The day’s showpiece – the G1 Queen Elizabeth Stakes – is Sydney’s premier weight-for-age contest. Despite the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, the race has attracted strong international support with top class horses such as ADDEYBB (Great Britain), DANON PREMIUM (Japan) and TE AKAU SHARK (New Zealand) set to take part.

The seven races to be simulcast on Queen Elizabeth Stakes Day are:

Percy Sykes Stakes (G2 1200m for 2yo fillies – The 2yo Fillies Championship)
Arrowfield 3yo Sprint (Royal Sovereign Stakes) (G2 1200m for 3yo – The 3yo Sprint Championship)
Australian Oaks (G1 2400m for 3yo fillies – the 3yo Fillies Classic Championship)
Sydney Cup (G1 3200m handicap for 3yo+ – The Stayers Championship)
Queen Elizabeth Stakes (G1 2000m for 3yo+ – The Weight-For-Age Championship)
Coolmore Legacy Stakes (Queen of the Turf Stakes) (G1 1600m for 3yo+ fillies and mares – The Fillies & Mares Championship)
Sapphire Stakes (G2 1200m for 3yo+ fillies and mares)

Final declarations with barrier draws for the Queen Elizabeth Stakes Day races will be available on the morning of Friday, 10 April.
